“Meredith Park” is a boutique agistment property in the Southern Highlands of NSW near Berrima. We are approximately 1hr south of Sydney Airport. The farm has new, state of the art facilities for spelling racehorses, broodmares and young stock.
| LAND TYPE & AREA Meredith Park is comprised of 138 acres of pasture improved, flat and undulating paddocks with all new fencing. The property has been divided into 17 large paddocks from 4 to 7 acres in size for broodmares, foals and yearlings and 16 individual 1 acre spelling paddocks with shelters. STAFF The owners of Meredith Park Thoroughbreds, Susan Woodcock and Susan Watkins have extensive experience in the thoroughbred breeding and racing industry throughout Australia.
